ALL IN PLAN:  Traditional program arrangements follow a proven progression of methods, fostered by hour long one-on-one Coaching sessions twice per month across a 6 month period.  Ideal for Leaders desiring to effect an impactful change within themselves and their organization. (Includes an EXECUTIVE 360)

SOUNDING BOARD:  It can often be lonely in positions of leadership, and you may not always feel comfortable exposing your concerns or early ideas with others.  If you simply need a thinking partner, this option serves as a Coach "on retainer".  Useful for Executives wanting a continued partner after an "ALL IN PLAN" experience.

EXECUTIVE 360:  Far from the typical web-based subordinate/peer/superior boilerplate questionnaire , this service works with you to 1) identify the key stakeholders to seek input from, 2) works with you directly to craft a unique set of limited questions to target your areas of interest, 3) conducts individual one on one interviews with your key stakeholders to collect open ended responses to the question set, 4) summarizes findings for prevailing themes and focus areas to include a formal out brief.  Requires several hours commitment from the Executive, but offers powerful insights and actionable results.
