All About Methods was founded by Tom Channell on a simple conviction: meaningful professional growth begins with equipping people with practical yet flexible methods—not simply telling them what to do. Drawing on more than 33 years of federal service, experience across the Department of Defense and Disney, and a career spanning engineering, leadership, acquisition, teaching, and coaching, Tom brings a distinctive perspective on how people think, work, and grow. He founded AAM to translate those experiences into engaging, immediately applicable learning opportunities that help professionals challenge conventional thinking, unleash creativity, and achieve meaningful results.
